This website is for informational purposes only. It is not possible to make purchases, process payments, or enter into direct contractual agreements through this platform.

Any contracting of services, subscriptions, or acquisitions is carried out exclusively through means external to the website, subject to the execution of a specific contract between ECOWATERS and the user.

2.Commercial Information on the Website

Prices, product descriptions, services, or references to terms such as “subscribe”, “join”, or equivalent terms presented on the website:

• Are exclusively for informational purposes;

• Do not constitute a binding contractual proposal;

• Do not represent a public offer for online sale.

The formalization of any contractual relationship occurs only after direct contact between the parties and the acceptance of the respective specific terms and conditions.

3.Subject Matter of the Service

ECOWATERS provides ECO-FILTERED WATER for non-professional use at the user’s point of consumption, through the installation and use of an ECO STATION (“ESTAÇÃO ECO”), under the terms defined in the contract executed between the parties.

ECOWATERS retains exclusive ownership of the ECO STATION, regardless of where it is installed.

4.Legal Clarification regarding the Website

This website does not constitute an online store, nor does it allow for the conclusion of distance contracts under the terms of Decree-Law no. 24/2014 (Portuguese Law).

The contracting of ECOWATERS services is conducted exclusively offline/off-site, through a direct agreement between the parties.
