The registered trademark Eco Waters and the respective domain www.ecowaters.pt are owned by EC – Filtered Water, with headquarters at Rua Dr. Alfredo da Costa, Nº 23-C, 1495-237 Algés, registered under the individual identification number 514 640 499, hereinafter referred to as “Eco Waters”.

The sub-brand Eco Home is a commercial initiative promoted within the scope of Eco Waters. Both operate under the responsibility of EC – Filtered Water, which processes your personal data and ensures its protection and confidentiality, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable legislation.

2. Why we use your data

We are legally authorized to process your data on various grounds. The main ground is that we need to process them for the execution of quotes (pre-contractual obligations) or even to allow you to enjoy some of our services or features. However, there are other reasons that authorize us to use them, such as our legitimate interest in responding to your questions or the consent you grant us to send you promotional campaigns, product news, or relevant information about our services.

Depending on how you interact with our Platform, i.e., depending on the services, products, or features you wish to enjoy, we will process your personal data for the following purposes:

2.1. To attend to solicitudes or requests made through Customer Support channels
We only process personal data that is strictly necessary to manage or resolve your request or inquiry.

2.2. For marketing purposes. This purpose includes the processing of your data, mainly to:

• For reasons of service efficiency, some of the providers may not belong to the New Water Project, but they are all located in the European Economic Area. 5. Your rights
